Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
- Add a spoonful of Nutella on top of the pancake batter.
- Top with another 1/4 cup of batter to cover the Nutella.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with syrup and powdered sugar.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add vanilla extract to the batter.
- Make sure to let the batter rest for a few minutes for fluffier pancakes.
