Indulge in these Fluffy Nutella-Stuffed Pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Nutella


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
  6. Add a spoonful of Nutella on top of the pancake batter.
  7. Top with another 1/4 cup of batter to cover the Nutella.
  8. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  9. Serve with syrup and powdered sugar.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add vanilla extract to the batter.
  • Make sure to let the batter rest for a few minutes for fluffier pancakes.
