A delicious and creamy dish featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with garlic butter chicken and topped with a rich Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2025 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the Alfredo Sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil jumbo shells in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic until fragrant. Add the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and sauté 4 cloves garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup Parmesan and cook until thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
