Description
A delicious and creamy dish featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with garlic butter chicken and topped with a rich Alfredo sauce.

- 20–25 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil jumbo shells in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic until fragrant. Add the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and sauté 4 cloves garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup Parmesan and cook until thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Sprinkle with extra parsley and serve hot!
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be frozen before baking for a quick meal later.
