- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Shredded cabbage
- Sliced red onion
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until the beef is caramelized and coated with sauce.
- Warm the tortillas and fill them with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cabbage, red onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
