- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the cauliflower florets for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until they release their moisture and turn golden.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the cauliflower to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, and toss well to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook for another 2 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot as a side dish or light vegetarian meal.
