Delicious Garlic Cheesy Chicken Wraps that are easy to make and loved by everyone.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Set the chicken aside.
- In the same skillet, add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet for 20 seconds on each side.
- To assemble, place the garlic chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil for garnish.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to customize your wraps.
- These wraps can be served warm or cold.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
