Description

Delicious Garlic Cheesy Chicken Wraps that are easy to make and loved by everyone.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Set the chicken aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet for 20 seconds on each side.
  5. To assemble, place the garlic chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil for garnish.

  • Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to customize your wraps.
  • These wraps can be served warm or cold.
