Description

A delicious and visually stunning potato galette baked in a muffin pan, infused with garlic and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  4. Coat the potato slices in the herb mixture.
  5. Grease a muffin pan and layer the potato slices in each cup, overlapping them.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each galette.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
