Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Brush a muffin tin with the garlic butter mixture.
- Stack potato slices in the muffin cups, brushing each layer with more garlic butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
