Description

These Garlic Potato Stacks are a delicious side dish made with crispy layers of garlic-infused potatoes. Perfect for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Brush a muffin tin with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Stack potato slices in the muffin cups, brushing each layer with more garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
