Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add water and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Shape the dough into a boat form.
- Combine mozzarella and feta, then fill the dough boat.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- For a richer flavor, add herbs to the cheese mixture.
