Ingredients

  • 2 large eggplants
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


Instructions
