Description

These delicious Gingerbread Truffles are perfect for the holiday season, bringing the flavors of ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a rich chocolate treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gingerbread cookie crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine gingerbread cookie crumbs, cream cheese, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and powdered sugar. Mix well until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return them to the baking sheet.
  6. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
