Description

Delicious and juicy grass-fed hamburger patties topped with melting cheese and rich butter for a decadent meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground grass-fed beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
  6. Remove patties from heat and top each with a tablespoon of butter before serving.
