These grilled beef skewers are infused with rich, savory flavor from roasted bone marrow fat, making them a perfect dish for BBQ lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup bone marrow fat, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted bone marrow fat, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
