- 8 lamb chops
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Grill lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from grill and top with garlic-herb butter.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For a more intense flavor, marinate the lamb chops overnight.
