Juicy grilled lamb chops topped with a flavorful garlic-herb butter.


Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from grill and top with garlic-herb butter.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
