Delicious grilled octopus tentacles coated in a rich smoky butter.
Ingredients

- 1 pound octopus tentacles
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the octopus tentacles and simmer for about 45 minutes until tender.
- Remove the octopus and let it cool slightly, then cut the tentacles into pieces.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the grill over medium heat.
- Brush the octopus pieces with the smoky butter and place them on the grill.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred.
- Serve hot, drizzled with more smoky butter.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the octopus in the smoky butter before grilling.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
