- 8 ounces halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add halloumi cubes and cherry tomatoes to the bowl, tossing to coat.
- Thread halloumi and tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until halloumi is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- These skewers are also great with bell peppers or zucchini.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
