Description

Delicious Halloumi and cherry tomato skewers perfect for grilling, ideal for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add halloumi cubes and cherry tomatoes to the bowl, tossing to coat.
  4. Thread halloumi and tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until halloumi is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.

  • These skewers are also great with bell peppers or zucchini.
