Description

Delicious and nutritious Healthy Chicken Salad Puffs are a perfect appetizer or snack, packed with flavor and made with wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, almonds, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken salad mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can substitute Greek yogurt with mayonnaise.
