- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, almonds, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken salad mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can substitute Greek yogurt with mayonnaise.
- These puffs can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
