Description

Delicious and nutritious energy cookies packed with nuts and seeds, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before enjoying.
