Delicious herb and cheese stuffed puff pastry bites that are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, chives, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Cut pastry: Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Fill: Place 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each square. Fold over to form a triangle or envelope shape, pressing edges to seal.
- Brush & bake: Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffy.
- Serve: Enjoy warm as a party appetizer or snack.
