Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, chives, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  3. Cut pastry: Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Fill: Place 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each square. Fold over to form a triangle or envelope shape, pressing edges to seal.
  5. Brush & bake: Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffy.
  6. Serve: Enjoy warm as a party appetizer or snack.
