Homemade Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls that Delight Every Bite!
Ingredients

- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup strawberry jam or preserves
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 5–6 minutes, then place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread with softened butter, then evenly layer strawberry jam, chopped strawberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll up tightly and cut into 9–12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
