Description

Steak & Cheese Dirty Fry Burritos are a delicious fusion of flavors, combining tender steak, crispy fries, and melted cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Sour cream, optional
  • Hot sauce, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook French fries until crispy; set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Add steak to skillet, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until done.
  4. Warm tortillas and layer with fries, steak mixture, and both cheeses.
  5. Roll into burritos and toast on a skillet until golden and cheese is melted.
