- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups frozen or fresh French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Sour cream, optional
- Hot sauce, optional
Instructions
- Cook French fries until crispy; set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add steak to skillet, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until done.
- Warm tortillas and layer with fries, steak mixture, and both cheeses.
- Roll into burritos and toast on a skillet until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream or hot sauce if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- These burritos can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
