A delicious and healthy parfait made with Icelandic skyr and Arctic berries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Icelandic skyr
  • 1 cup mixed Arctic berries (blueberries, lingonberries, cloudberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Icelandic skyr at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of mixed Arctic berries on top of the skyr.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining skyr, berries, and granola.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
