A delicious and healthy parfait made with Icelandic skyr and Arctic berries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Icelandic skyr
- 1 cup mixed Arctic berries (blueberries, lingonberries, cloudberries)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Icelandic skyr at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed Arctic berries on top of the skyr.
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining skyr, berries, and granola.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

- Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite fruits.
