This irresistible Char Siu Chicken recipe brings the flavors of Chinese cuisine right to your kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and five-spice powder.
