Delicious Italian Cream Bombs filled with a creamy custard and topped with chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool and then scoop out the centers.
- Whip the cream and mix with powdered sugar to make the filling.
- Fill the hollows with cream and melt chocolate for topping.
- Drizzle chocolate over the filled bombs.
Notes
- Best served chilled.
- Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute the chocolate with caramel for a different flavor.
