- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, breadcrumbs, Pecorino Romano cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff the calamari tubes with the mixture and secure the ends with toothpicks.
- Place stuffed calamari in a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the calamari is cooked through.
- Serve hot with additional marinara sauce on the side.
