Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and beef to the skillet, cooking until beef is browned.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
