- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 large eggs (for sandwich)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into biscuit shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Fry 4 eggs in a pan to your liking.
- Assemble the sandwiches: place a slice of cheese and a fried egg between two biscuits.
Notes
- Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container.
- Can use other types of cheese if desired.
