Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 large eggs (for sandwich)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into biscuit shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Fry 4 eggs in a pan to your liking.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches: place a slice of cheese and a fried egg between two biscuits.
