Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is set.
  8. Let cool before slicing into squares.
