Delicious and healthy keto-friendly cherry chocolate chunk donuts that satisfy your sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free cherry pieces
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chunks


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Fold in the cherry pieces and chocolate chunks.
  6. Distribute the batter evenly into the donut pan.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
