- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free cherry pieces
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Fold in the cherry pieces and chocolate chunks.
- Distribute the batter evenly into the donut pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
