- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some cooked bacon or diced bell peppers.
- You can substitute the broccoli with cauliflower florets for a different texture.
