Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
