Description

Delicious and easy Keto Egg Muffins packed with sausage and cheddar cheese, perfect for a low-carb breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the sausage, bell pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
