- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the sausage, bell pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
