Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and chives to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with additional chives if desired and serve.
