Description

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives


Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and chives to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with additional chives if desired and serve.
