Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered erythritol until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and sea salt, mixing well.
