Instructions
- Drain olives and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each olive in egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated olives until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- For the garlic aioli, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve fried olives with garlic aioli for dipping.
