Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each mushroom slice into egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with ranch dressing.
