- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each mushroom slice into egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing.
