Description

Delicious Keto Mock Potato Farls made with cauliflower for a low-carb alternative.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Steam riced cauliflower until tender, then drain and let cool.
