Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam riced cauliflower until tender, then drain and let cool.
- Mix cauliflower with eggs, cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small cakes or farls.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each farl for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
