- 2 large eggs
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare a plate with almond flour mixture by combining almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each mozzarella stick first into the egg, then coat thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the almond flour mixture.
