Delicious and crispy keto-friendly mozzarella sticks coated in almond flour for the perfect low-carb snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Prepare a plate with almond flour mixture by combining almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip each mozzarella stick first into the egg, then coat thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
