Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made keto pie crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, almond flour, honey substitute, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling into the pre-made keto pie crust.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate before serving.
