- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup beef drippings or oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, heavy cream, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the beef drippings to a muffin tin and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the hot muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
