Description

Delicious and fluffy keto-friendly Yorkshire puddings perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup beef drippings or oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, heavy cream, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until smooth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the beef drippings to a muffin tin and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter into the hot muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
