Description

A delicious and spicy Korean mixed rice bowl topped with a flavorful chili paste, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Korean chili paste (gochujang)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side and crack the eggs into the pan, cooking until scrambled.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan, mixing everything together.
  5. Stir in the Korean chili paste and mix until well combined.
  6. Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of chili paste according to your spice preference.
