Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Push the vegetables to the side and crack the eggs into the pan, cooking until scrambled.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan, mixing everything together.
- Stir in the Korean chili paste and mix until well combined.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
