Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Cook the sweet potato glass noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and bell pepper, cooking until just tender.
  4. Stir in the garlic and green onions, cooking for another minute.
