Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add green peas and mix well.
- Pour in water and simmer until peas are cooked through.
- Finish with garam masala and serve hot.
