Description
A delicious combination of lemon-garlic chicken served in pita bread with feta tzatziki and roasted bell peppers.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 pita breads
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 bell peppers, roasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing cucumber, yogurt, feta, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the bell peppers until charred and soft.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it thinly and fill the pita with chicken, roasted bell peppers, and tzatziki.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer than 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately for the best taste.
