- 1 pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Spread ricotta cheese over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle lemon juice and zest over the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add fresh basil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately.
