- 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large egg whites

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed strawberries and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream.
- Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Spoon the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish.
- Fill the baking dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter soufflé, adjust the sugar according to taste.
- Serve with fresh strawberries on top for added decoration.
