Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whip the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until silky.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar and beat until well blended.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and salt until fully combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Sift the flour over the mixture and gently fold it in with a spatula.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the surface is golden brown and the center jiggles slightly.
- Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Lift the cheesecake from the pan using the parchment paper, slice, and enjoy.
