Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high.
- Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix the roasted bone marrow with the parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the bone marrow mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
