Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup bone marrow, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix the roasted bone marrow with the parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the bone marrow mixture generously over the lobster meat.
