Description

Delicious and flavorful Mahi Mahi bites cooked in ghee and topped with a zesty lemon sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 4 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ghee, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Cut the Mahi Mahi into bite-sized pieces and toss them in the lemon-ghee mixture.
  4. Arrange the Mahi Mahi bites on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
