Description

A delicious treat combining malt chocolate and marshmallows between two sweet biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 12 cookies (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Spread a layer of malt chocolate on one cookie, add a layer of mini marshmallows, and top with another cookie.
  4. Arrange the sandwiches on the baking sheet.
