Description

Delicious and festive Marshmallow Christmas Cornflake Wreaths that are perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 1 package (10 ounces) marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • green food coloring (optional)
  • red candies for decoration


Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and a few drops of green food coloring.
  3. Add cornflakes to the melted marshmallow mixture and gently fold until well coated.
  4. Grease your hands with butter and shape the mixture into wreaths on a sheet of wax paper.
  5. Decorate with red candies to resemble berries.
  6. Let the wreaths cool and set before serving.
