Delicious and nutritious matcha energy bites that provide a perfect boost of energy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter and honey/maple syrup.
  2. Add oats, matcha powder, shredded coconut, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
